If you Can not wait for Applecare (tm) warranty repair, please call us immediately. In addition, please keep on mind, that as a general rule, Apple Corp. Warranty services will usually replace, rather than repair your existing iPhone with a similar or same refurbished model. That means, often you will lose all your contacts, pictures as well as music stored on your iPhone. We perform our repair services in-house, and all of your data is retained. If your iphone is unlocked, jailbroken and no longer boots, we can upload a customized firmware to bring it back to life. That's the only service that will generally lead to complete data loss (as it is likely erased already).
