I have used MCG's services twice. Their techs are amazing troubleshooters...extremely knowledgeable, quick, giving easy to understand explanations and to the point fixes. Both times he provided additional information on the best and most inexpensive sources for needed equipment and software that saved me hundreds of dollars. This is hands down the best informational and technical professional resource I have ever experienced. I would recommend them without reservation.

Not only did MCG build me a top of the line computer for an outstanding price, they did it after hours on a Saturday because they knew that I couldn't conduct business without a computer and down time means money lost.
If you have any computer related issues MCG guys are the ones to go and see. After being in the shop for 5 minutes they makes you feel as though they are an old childhood friend. They didn't try to sell me any extras that I didn't need, and even went out of their way to save me money.

We experienced a virus-induced meltdown of our hard drive that prevented us from doing anything at all after turning on our computer. After locating the MCG website, we definitely thought it sounded worth a try to take our disabled desktop tower there.
Within a matter of days, we picked up our tower, which was virus free. Unbeknownst to us, we apparently had underlying issues that caused things to freeze up after we brought the computer home. But Andrew without hesitation invited us to to take the tower back and he spent untold hours and effort on our machine, for which he insisted he would accept no additional money. Ultimately, he restored our hard drive's factory settings and the computer now functions like new, faster than it has in recent memory.
The bottom line is that we received at a bargain rate very dedicated, expert, knowledgeable, and friendly service, which we would highly recommend to anyone!

Strange things happen to computers. You never know what you did; what website you visited; what email you opened; what 'free trial game' your 7 year old downloaded. Luckily, you do not have to know 'why', you only have to know where to find MCG.
An 8 year old Dell , which I was sure I needed to replace, was brought back to life better than ever.

Our house was hit by lightning and our electronics all payed the ultimate price. Our computer would not even turn on and we never realized how much we depended on the internet until we didn't have it. Well that is where Metro Computer Group stepped in and fixed it. In a few days we were back up and running and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely refer these guys to everyone. Who would have thought our computer would even be fixable. Thanks guys!

I Can't tell you how happy I am that I found you before I sent my external hard drive to one of those data recovery services. I had estimates from four different companies that I found online. Each one said that it would cost anywhere from several hundred to a couple of thousand dollars to recover my files. You were able to recover all my files for less than one hundred dollars! Thank you for your great work and fair treatment. I will recommend you to anyone who is having computer problems.

I found Metro Computer Guru about a year or so ago on Craigslist and I must say that he knows his stuff!! I have used him for my personal computer and I also had him set up the network in my office. If he can't fix it, it can't be fixed. He will ALWAYS go above & beyond to get the job done.
