You can bring the same quality and expertise that we offer for drop off service by scheduling an at home visit. This visit can generally include all of our standard shop services as well as a number of additional benefits. You will have up to 2 hours to complete your technical project with Guru by your side. If for some reason, repairs can not be completed on site, shop repairs are included. There are no travel fees (up to 10 miles) and additional 10 miles runs at $15.00. Warranty Information
All hardware repairs are fully guaranteed and carry a 30 day warranty on parts and work sold and performed
by our representatives, providing that there were no hardware or software modifications made to the system
by the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee any repairs with customer supplied parts for
over a period of 48 hours.All software repairs are fully guaranteed, as long as you notify us of an issue within
the first 72 hours of repair. Services performed on site only carry an in-shop warranty.
