We made the repair process easier! When you
choose the Metro Computer Gurus, there are no
outrageous fees, hidden charges or other "gotchas". All you have to do is drop off your computer at our facility and it will be fixed within 72 hours.  You are only responsible for software and parts, if those are needed. Here are just some of the services that the flat fee covers. There are many more. Pickup and drop off available for an additional $15.00 fee. If your computer can not be repaired, we will only charge a minimal $9.99 fee for diagnostic time. Pickup, delivery & setup are also available for a very reasonable fee of only $30.00

Warranty Information

All hardware repairs are fully guaranteed and carry a 30 day warranty on parts and work sold and performed
by our representatives, providing that there were no hardware or software modifications made to the system by the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee any repairs with customer supplied parts for over a period of 48 hours.All software repairs are fully guaranteed, as long as you  notify us of an issue within the first 72 hours of repair.
